Since congress seems more worried about making sure the "other side" doesn't win a point then solving the debt crisis, I thought we should help them out.

Reduce the money congress spends on itself
Using crude numbers from the Internet I estimate we could save $23 million per year if we reduce the congressional salaries by 10%.
